Jinping Liu, Ph.D., is a professor and Ph.D. supervisor at the School of Information Science and Engineering, Hunan Normal University, and a Young Furong Scholar of Hunan Province. He received his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Central South University, China, in 2006, 2009, and 2013, respectively, and spent one year from September 2011 to September 2012 at the University of Essex, U.K., for the joint doctoral program on official training. Mainly engaged in complex industrial processes intelligent monitoring, modeling, and optimization control aspects of the research work aspects of the research work, the development of several sets of intelligent monitoring and control systems for complex industrial processes intelligent optimization of manufacturing, successfully applied to lead and zinc flotation process, iron and steel smelting process and other complex industrial processes, the economic benefits of significant. As the first author/corresponding author, he has published more than 60 journal papers in international authoritative journals such as IEEE T. CYBERNETICS, and IEEE T. SYST. 刘金平，博士，湖南师范大学信息科学与工程学院教授，博士生导师，湖南省青年芙蓉学者。分别于2006、2009、2013年在中南大学信息科学科学与工程学院获工学学士、硕士和博士学位。2011年9月-2012年9月，在英国Essex大学公派联合培养博士学习1年。主要从事复杂工业过程智能监测、建模与优化控制方面的研究工作方面研究工作，研发了多套面向复杂工业过程智能优化制造的智能监控系统，成功应用于铅锌浮选过程、钢铁冶炼过程等复杂工业过程，经济效益显著。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项，作为子课题负责人承担了国家自然科学基金-广东联合基金重点项目、湘江实验室重大科研项目等重大项目和省部级以及校企合作科研项目10余项。以第一作者/通信作者在在IEEE T. CYBERNETICS，IEEE T. SYST. MAN CY-S.，TIM，TII，IEEE JBHI，CEP，EAAI等国际权威期刊上发表期刊论文60余篇，参与起草湖南省地方标准2项，申请国家/国际发明专利40余项，已授权20项（含欧洲发明专利1项）。担任《智能系统学报》、《武汉大学学报（理学版）》、《Data Science and Management》、《计算机工程》等期刊的青年编委，被聘为湖南省知识产权保护专家、湖南省（首批）知识产权行政保护技术调查官。
