Wang Huan, associate president of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Guangxi University of Science and Technology, associate researcher, Ph.D., master's tutor, Liuzhou high-level talents. He has been engaged in cloud computing and network security research for a long time and has presided over and undertaken more than 10 national and provincial projects, such as the Youth Fund of the National Natural Fund, the Frontier Innovation Program Project of the General Armament Department, the sub-topics of the key projects of the 863 Program, the Guangxi Natural Science Foundation Project, the Key Research and Development Project of the Department of Science and Technology of Jilin, and the project of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Education, etc., of which, there are three national projects and four provincial and ministerial level projects. Some of his innovative achievements have been published as the first and corresponding author in Future Generation Computer Systems and other international first-class journals more than 10 SCI, and EI papers, published academic monographs, won the second prize of Jilin Provincial Technological Invention, Jilin Province, and the second prize of teaching achievements.

His main social part-time jobs include associate director of Guangxi Education System Network Security Monitoring Center, director of Liuzhou Key Laboratory of Big Data Intelligent Processing and Security, chairman of CCF YOCSEF Guilin Academic Committee (2022-2023), member of Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence - Intelligent Information Network Specialized Committee, expert of the National Natural Resources Fund (NNRF), expert of Guangxi Science and Technology Project Evaluation, expert of Liuzhou City's Big Data Development Strategy, and consultant of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Liuzhou City.

王欢，广西科技大学计算机科学与技术学院副院长，副研究员，博士，硕士生导师，柳州市高层次人才。长期从事云计算网络安全研究，主持/承担国家自然基金青年基金、总装备部前沿创新计划项目、863计划重点项目子课题、广西自治区自然科学基金项目、吉林省科技厅重点研发项目、教育部科技司项目等国家级、省部级项目10余项，其中，国家级项目3项，省部级项目4项。部分创新性成果已以第一/通讯作者在Future Generation Computer Systems等国际一流期刊上发表SCI、EI论文10余篇，出版学术专著1项，获得吉林省技术发明二等奖1项，吉林省教学成果二等奖1项。

主要社会兼职：广西教育系统网络安全监测中心副主任、柳州市大数据智能处理与安全重点实验室主任，CCF YOCSEF 桂林学术委员主席（2022-2023），中国人工智能学会-智能信息网络专委会委员，国家自然家基金函评专家、广西科技项目评审专家、柳州市大数据发展战略专家、柳州市“十四五”规划咨询专家。
